Veronica joined Meritech in 2015 and is the SVP of Finance. With over 20 years of specialized tax and financial experience, Veronica oversees operations, financial and tax reporting, investor relations, and fund administration at Meritech. Prior to joining the firm, she spent over a decade in public accounting, most recently serving as a Tax Director focused on venture capital and private equity funds.

Throughout her career, Veronica has developed deep expertise across general corporate tax, partnership tax, high-net-worth individual taxation, and foreign reporting. She is particularly skilled in transaction tax services and partnership fund formation and structuring, having advised a diverse, global clientele of corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.

Veronica holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Santa Clara University. Outside the office, she loves traveling with her husband and daughter and enjoys hosting outdoor cookouts for her family and friends.
