Prior to joining Meritech, Will served as VP of Data Strategy at Brooklyn Data Company, where he developed data platforms that designed and delivered actionable insights and guided client decision-making. His background spans technology startups, manufacturing, and finance, with experience building analytics frameworks, creating automated reporting tools, and leading major data infrastructure transitions.

Will lives in Brooklyn and in his free time enjoys climbing, cycling, and cooking. He can often be found either at the local climbing gym or outside in nature biking around and romping up rocks.
