Prior to Meritech, Brianna was an investment banker at Qatalyst Partners, where she advised enterprise software, AI, and semiconductor companies on M&A and strategic alternatives. While at Qatalyst, Brianna advised Silicon Labs on its $7.9B sale to Texas Instruments, New Relic on its $6.5B sale to Francisco Partners and TPG, Nexthink on its $3B majority investment from Vista, Arize on its $915M sale to Dynatrace, Reltio on its sale to SAP, and Gretel on its sale to Nvidia.

Brianna is an Omaha, Nebraska native and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Chicago, where she earned a B.A. in economics and was a member of the varsity tennis team.
